One Minute Tip:

Laughter keeps the doctor away.

Thousands of studies all over the globe report that giggles can decrease arterial stiffness. They also found that laughter raised levels of disease-fighting hormones by a good percentage.

In fact, it even increases circulation about as much as a treadmill session. But more than that, a good chuckle sharpens your thinking. Scientists are pretty sure that amusement stimulates the brain’s reward center.

When people get a joke, a portion of your brain becomes active. This is the same area that’s triggered when you eat chocolate. There’s evidence that this circuit pumps out dopamine, a brain-signalling chemical that stimulates the frontal lobe, the place where you do most of your mental heavy lifting.

Even students who are happy score better in an exam. Amused people are significantly more likely to focus and are more able to see the bigger picture of things.

Most importantly, laughter enhances your social life. Goofing around can help you warm up to a new buddy. The shenanigans that you do in your everyday life can elicit giggles from the people that surround you.

You feel closer when you share certain humorous situations. So, it’s time to take life in stride and see the brighter side of things. People who joke around more often tend to read other people better, and that’s a fact.

Tips for your Happiness:

Self Help to Build Confidence

If you lack the confidence you need to reach out to others and socialize, then you may want to consider getting self-esteem hypnosis.

Many people consider hypnosis to be unrealistic and fake; however those who have experienced often speak very highly of its benefits and their experience whilst under hypnosis. It is however very important that you seek out a professional hypnotist, and not just a local backyard dealer.

Self-esteem hypnosis is a way to train your mind to think positive thoughts. You can also allow self-esteem hypnosis to train your mind to focus on some achievement or skill that you want to accomplish.

Of course, certain forms of hypnosis can also help you to further develop one of your virtues. Another reason you can get self-esteem hypnosis is for forming a healthy attitude towards any mistakes that you may make.

Once you have tried self-esteem hypnosis you will be able to manage your self-esteem better. You will be able to see that everyone makes mistakes and that you can actually learn from them if you want to take the time to look at them in a positive manner.

Self Esteem tips for Teens

Adolescent self-esteem is very fragile because outward image is what is important to them in these years. So, anything from a bad haircut to failing to make the team can shatter adolescent self-esteem. Adolescents are extremely self conscious and generally always looking to impress their peers.

Often an adolescent’s childhood can lead to problems later in life. If they were not brought up to value themselves highly, this can have a negative impact on their teenage years and adulthood.

Unfortunately, their parents’ opinions no longer mean as much to them as they once did. So, simple, reassuring words are not going to be able to be a quick fix for adolescent self-esteem. However, there are some things that you can do to help your adolescent with their self-esteem.

First of all, it is very important to accept your child for who they are. You should not be critical regardless of their hair color or clothing choices. Instead, make sure you tell your adolescent what you like about them as often as possible.

You could even take a few minutes to write them a letter in which you tell them everything that you really like and admire about them. Another thing that you can do is spend as much one-on-one time with them as you possibly can.

Whenever adolescent self-esteem takes a blow, the adolescent may exhibit symptoms of depression such as changes in sleep patterns, low energy, difficulty concentrating, irritability and changes in eating patterns.

Whilst minor symptoms are normal from time to time, if the symptoms affect the adolescent’s ability to function, or last for more than 1 week, it is time to take your adolescent to the pediatrician.

Be Flexible

Remember that relationships are give and take situations, not competition between two people who love each other. There will be times when your mate is right and times when you are right.

When you feel the conversation getting a little on the edgy side with each of you trying to hold ground, do not forget that there can be many ways to accomplish the same task.

The result is that each of you might learn something new from the other person. Put your heads together and do what makes the most sense instead of battling for ownership of the solution.

Tips for your Health:

Don’t overeat. Avoid tight clothing, especially waist-pinching belts. Stay upright for several hours after eating – don’t eat just before bedtime or lie down for a nap right after a meal. If you frequently suffer form heartburn, avoid those foods you know you have a problem with.

Limit fat intake since fat slows the emptying of the stomach. Elevate the head of your bed by six inches or more. This may be the single most important mechanical alteration heartburn sufferers can make.

Eliminate Stress

You have probably heard this before. Stress is a key contributor to poor health. Study after study has found that when a person is stressed, the body reacts. The result of stress could be high-blood pressure, tension headaches, upset stomachs, poor posture, and so on. Keeping stress in check will help you manage your overall health much better.

Tension: Ten Easy Ways to Handle It.

Pray and meditate.

Sing or listen to music.

Laugh and use humor.

Hug someone. It’ll remind you you’re not alone.

Get together regularly with your friends and family.

Play a noncompetitive game or go swimming.

Take a hot bath. Heat relaxes your muscles and causes stress to decrease.

Take a brief rest during the day.

Get away for a while.

Spend money without overdoing it.

Motivation to Continue On Your Health Progress

How many times have you said to yourself that during a workout, you’re actually getting nowhere? Nothing evaporates motivation faster than feeling like you’re not making any noticeable improvement.

The problem is that when it comes to working out, you become notorious for seeking a comfort zone. And then once you master a new skill, you stick to it because you know you can do it. But it also impedes progress and breeds boredom big time. The less interesting something is, the less motivated you are.

People simply have this basic need to feel engaged. Take away the novelty, and the motivation vanishes. It’s much like Groundhog Day where the monotony eventually stops your muscles from responding and you really hit the wall this time.

The best cure for this would be to mix things up and push yourself further. Changing the intensity and types of exercise trains the muscles differently, and you’ll start to see the improvements more quickly. Do this weekly and drop back down to where you started to let your body rest.

Next, write your exercise routine down. A workout log functions not only as an exercise checklist but as a concrete record of how far you’ve come. This is a way to motivate yourself when you become frustrated.

This is a way of establishing competence and it’s the core in fueling the drive that lasts. To make it work, keep the focus on what you can do rather than on what you can’t. And more importantly, don’t compare yourself to anyone else.

Once you start focusing on you, your confidence will grow and ignite a cycle of positive reinforcement that will keep you hooked and craving for more.

It also helps to make your workout routine social. Besides dirty martinis, there’s a reason you look forward to happy hour. You get to laugh, socialize, and hang out with friends. It makes you feel connected.

Making your workouts more like these happy hours at your local pub will put you well on your way to stoking your inner motivator. You can start by finding like-minded workout buddies because this congenial atmosphere, as opposed to a competitive one, helps you stay on track because you’re provided with a source of encouragement.

A group provides built-in support, and it’s way more fun than working out alone. You get to push each other to reach goals as you cheer each other on. And when someone has a bad day, the group is there to lift spirits and sympathize.

If you go to the gym, get to know a few trainers. While this relationship is limited to their giving you pointers on form, it still does help a lot. If you don’t like gyms, hook up with a friend with a similar fitness level or search the message boards for local clubs so you can find people who share your definition of fun.

If you’re a lone ranger, don’t sweat it. Just focus on taking charge and feeling good. The ability to stick will make you happy. You already have what you need within you, and it’s a matter of tweaking your perspective so you can tap into what really gets you going.

Tips for your Prosperity:

Accomplish what you desire; fulfill your inner yearnings. But don’t compromise your deepest feelings.

Manage Money And Earn More

Managing money is associated with saving, budgeting, keeping, and the like. However, the truth about managing money is that it is just a concept that encompasses a larger scheme of handling money.

The way to manage money and earn more is more than just a single way concept. Not only does managing money mean being able to keep money per se, but also to be able to mobilize the money that we have to the direction in which we intend them to go. This includes investment, business ventures, and leisure activities.

More Saved, More Resources

Though it is quite confusing to understand how one may be able to earn more when he is saving more and not the other way around, the concept of the former dictates the effect.

Being able to save more will give you more freedom to allocate the money in what business and endeavor one seeks to have. In conjunction with the previous statements, managing money does not only mean saving, but being able to have the resources to move about. In this case, having more money in the bank or floatingly available enables you to use them for businesses or leisure.

Getting Yourself to Work

There are just people who don’t do well at managing their time. Things seem to pile up, and they have a hard time juggling their responsibilities. The main reason for the mess they are in is procrastination.

They seem to just find excuses to delay work until tomorrow. As if that ever happens to a habitual procrastinator! They just move and move their work further until they don’t get anything done.

If you see that you are this kind of person, you can finally untangle the web you’ve woven if you become more responsible.

Personal growth is impossible without productive work. You just won’t amount to much if you refuse to sweat it out a bit. Is it possible to beat laziness?

The answer is a big resounding yes! You need to live a life of passion. If you like what you do, you are able to make yourself work more.

Could it be that you’re not enjoying your work? This could, after all, explain why you are extremely lazy. You need to get yourself out of the rut and change your life.

A possible career shift should be foremost on your mind. Otherwise, you won’t be able to fulfill anything if your heart is not fully in it. Then, you need to motivate yourself to organize your life.

It is important to always have a goal in mind. Once you’ve finally convinced yourself to work towards the goal, you need to make specific plans and a schedule.

You need some order so that everything comes into clarity. If you need a journal to help you, then make one and make sure you write in it regularly. For someone who procrastinates often, you need a deadline so that you have reason to work now.

Every time a deadline is met, give yourself a chance to reap the rewards. Work is easier to do when you have something to look forward to.

The road to success may not always be easy. Hurdles will get in the way, but it’s easier to know that you can look forward to something at the end of every task.

If you give up, you will never know how much you can amount to, and this could even be a greater mistake. You must never get ahead of yourself or you’ll only overwhelm your emotions and thoughts.

It helps to get each task materialized so that you can work on it step by step. If you need to take baby steps to succeed, then do so, but don’t ever stop. When it comes to time management, you need to know the value of focus. Do not try to do everything at once.

Some people just refuse to get motivated, and they will make any excuse to get out of it. These people will never amount to much. Rest assured, they will live a life filled with regret.

The reality is, people are often motivated to do things that they like to do. Knowing how your life can be like is good motivation. Just remember, with hard work, not only will you be comfortable, you’ll also be the kind of person people admire and respect.

With the demands of work, family and other social obligations it can appear like life is spiraling out of control.

Do you believe that you only do half of what needs to be completed every single day and never ever even have a tiny moment for your own needs?

Do you run around in circles all day, barely able to make a dent in your “To Do” list and feeling exhausted and unfulfilled at the end of the day?

Whether or not you’re a CEO, a working parent or a college student we all fall into poor lifestyle and work habits that make our lives a busy hub of activity yet accomplishes less.
