Not all essential oils are good for aromatherapy, and some may even be hazardous to your health. Stay away from bitter almond, onion, garlic, rue, sassafras, camphor, wintergreen, and horseradish. There are other dangerous essential oils as well, so be very careful if you are attempting home therapy.
